There are two ways to add a new user to MediaFunnel.

Allow a New User to Create Their Own Username and Password

1. From the menu, click Settings

2. On the Settings page, click on Manage Users and Roles

3. On the Manage Users and Roles page, click on Invite a New User

4. Check the checkboxes for the social media accounts with which the user should be associated

5. Enter the user’s email address

6. Click on the Send Invitation button

The user will receive an email invitation with a link to a page on which they can register as a user

Note: The user will default to a Contributor role and if you want them to be a Publisher or an Administrator for any account(s), you will need to update their role for each account after they register.

Set Up a Username and Password For the User

1. From the menu, click Settings

2. On the Settings page, click on Manage Users and Roles

3. On the Manage Users and Roles page, click on Add a New User

4. Fill in all the appropriate fields for the new user

5. Click the Save Changes button

6. Manually compose an email to the end user that informs them of your MediaFunnel URL, their username and their password
